    Why is there not a 'No Parking this side of street' on the west side of 23rd st in the 800 block like the rest of 23rd st from 1st ave thru 7th Ave. parking on both sides of this block is a traffic hazard coming off of 9th ave.

    After yesterday's pickup in our neighborhood, I have been picking up numerous scraps of paper in the gutter and parking. It is apparent that this recycled material is coming from the automated dumping process since I observed several pieces of paper fly out of the dumping process on my own container that I had to retrieve.
    This automated dumping process is very prone to this sort of action when dealing with this sort of recyclable material especially when the driver has no view of this problem.

    There are two trees on two separate vacant lots that belong to Ed White Hospital. These lots are on the South side of 9th Ave. N. on either side of 23rd St. N. The tree overhang the sidewalk on the South side of 9th Ave. N. well below the allowable limits and make it very difficult to walk down the sidewalk.
    If you care to look, there are several other trees that overhang this sidewalk all the way up to 34th St. both on right of way as well as private property.

    There are two trees on two vacant lots that belong to Ed White Hospital on either side of 23rd St. N. Both of these trees hang over the sidewalk on the south side of 9th Ave. N. well below the limit and make it difficult to walk down the sidewalk.

    There are several other trees on private property along 9th Ave. N. in this neighborhood that overhang the sidewalk if you care to take a look.
