Yard waste truck with claw picked up other yard debris on our street this morning but drove right past ours, despite it being a small-to-mid-size pile with no branches over 4 ft. Couldn’t catch the driver to ask him to pick it up.

Our biodegradable bag of yard waste was picked up on schedule last Friday; however, our pile of limbs, etc. was not, even though they were sitting right next to each other and it's a fairly small pile. Would someone come remove it, please.
BTW: Your instructions, shown beneath this field in your online form, is contradictory and confusing: It says not to bag leaves, but then states that biodegradable bags are acceptable. It would be helpful to reword this paragraph. Also, by the way, you are still picking up yard waste in black plastic bags even though you say you require biodegradable bags.

Our yard waste (and that if our neighbor’s across the street) was not picked up last week, except for a bag of it. We have added more yard waste so now we have a more substantial pile.

A Waste-Rec truck and trailer came down our street today to pick up the old green carts. They did not pick up this one from our house, the crew saying that, because it says "recycling" on it they were not to pick it up. We pointed out that it also says "MSW" (Macon Solid Waste), to no avail. The mayor said that all green carts would be picked up no matter what was printed on them. We can only hope that it will be picked up when our blue recycling cart is taken away. Can you please confirm that this is so? A phone call would be appreciated, so that we know how this situation will be handled. Thanks.

Pot hole forming on Albermarle Place near intersection with Overlook Avenue. It should be repaired before it becomes deeper.

Lots of yard waste piled up on our street, some in front of our house, quite a bit in front of our neighbors' across the street (see photo). Yard waste visible on Riverdale also. I realize that yard waste is picked up by Advanced Waste (or not picked up lately), but JazzFest on Riverdale occurs this weekend and it would be nice to have Riverdale looking good and places for people to park on the adjacent streets (like Albermarle) without yard waste in the way and detracting from our neighborhood. Let's keep Macon looking good for Maconites and visitors. Thanks.

Debris dumped in empty dead end street (extension of Brooklyn Ave. south of Auburn Ave. at the intersection of the two streets). I have seen at least one other report to you of this instance of illegal dumping.

A bag of yard waste which was not picked up on Saturday (delay from Friday due to Memorial Day). Our loose yard waste was picked up, but not the bag. 2 weeks before we were told by one of the men on the truck that the bags are picked up separately now & it was that time. Is that true?

Someone has been dumping brush and tree limbs at this location. They have been there for some time. The curb is next to a creek and the debris may start slipping in there soon.

The City of Macon has left barrel type cones across the street from this house for months. They were put there originally when a tree came down, but the debris was removed long ago.

Someone has dumped pieces of drywall, a barrel that contains/ed tar and other unidentifiable debris across the street from this house in the shoulder which runs along a creek.
