1 South Church building plaza poor sprinkler design is wasting water on sidewalk. Happens frequently in both plots of grass.

Does water waste count in Winterhaven? I'm guessing they are exempt because they are on their own groundwater, correct? They still waste a lot of water! Overflow into the streets is prolific in this neighborhood. 3317 and 3309 and many others.

I know there is no rule against watering in the afternoon, but this is a shame. There are 9 sprinklers on at 1:40 pm! Certainly the majority of water does not benefit the turf. Can you request that parks not be watered at the hottest times of the day? Thank you!

sprinklers on the east side of catalina magnet high school are over watering. Overflow is going over the sidewalk and FLOWING into the bike lane for several hundred feet. It is continuing to spread further along pima.
