    In the spring, a quick patchup was done of a pothole at the corner of Spruce St. & Spruce Ct., but the underlying water issue has not been resolved, so that pothole has grown enormous. This has implications both for the vehicle traffic rounding the corner and for a resident who has to navigate it using crutches. It needs serious attention.
