    Poplar Street At Poplar Drive Philadelphia, PA - Strawberry Mansion
    Dangerous crosswalk to playground. There are crosswalks painted on road, but cars SPEED and DO NOT STOP for pedestrians. Since this is an intersection to a playground, there is concerned for the safety of the area children.
    ***so they put up a huge yellow crossing sign, great start! But I was thinking that those signs that are placed on the street would be better as well. Any thoughts?

    city trash truck parked and idling on the side of Non Stop Deli, while driver ate and read newspaper for over half an hour. These trucks are extremely loud. Does a no idling sign need to be posted? have to request one?
