    The trash bin at this bus stop needs to be emptied as soon as possible. There is either a dead animal or human feces in the bin and the smell overpowers the whole area. Hazardous waste situation, possibly.

    Heading south on N. 23rd St. there used to be a street sign warning people on which direction to go down the hill. Currently that sign is not standing. I see many people nearly drive off the hill between the cobblestone road and the dirt path. The old sign is still laying down on the ground since last March.

    Water supply valve from the street (city's responsibility) has been leaking a steady amount of water for over 2 weeks now. A lot of wasted water at this point. I am reporting this as a separate incident because my other one got closed twice without any comment. If this is getting transferred to another group, please at least comment before closing. Thanks.

    Large pothole in middle of road on the 300 block of N 23rd street. Roughly right in front of 313 house. Gravel getting kicked up and damaging cars.

    Sidewalk in bad shape on East side of N 22nd St near E Broad intersection. Several bricks dislodged or jutting up at an angle due to tree roots.

    Construction dumpster in front of 309 N 23rd St has been full and spilling out into the street for 2 weeks now. Currently, there is furniture in the street constricting traffic. Please contact the permit holder to address.

    These potholes have been repeatedly patched, but keep re-appearing. Loose cobblestone and gravel all over the road as well as standing water. Cars swerving to avoid it.

    This intersection was redone and the stop signs were switched - the STOP signs are now for the vehicles travelling on Grace St instead of N 19th St. There is no "New Traffic Pattern" or "STOP Sign Ahead" posted anywhere and the STOP sign heading West on Grace is hidden by a large tree. This is a bad accident just waiting to happen.

    Patrick Henry Park looks awful and overgrown. Tall weeds and fallen limbs. Piles of magnolia leaves, discarded food, and trash. Unacceptable.

    Rolled up carpet in back alley behind property at 519 N 23rd St. Believe it was just dumped by somebody. Carpet is too big for normal trash pick up.

    Sewer access hatch on sidewalk is overflowing - sewage running into streets. Hatch is on Broad St on North side of street, just East of intersection with N 21st Street. Sewage smells like a turd with burnt hair.

    Tree on city property on sidewalk outside 319 N 23rd Street is dead and needs to be removed. Trunk is rotting and starting to split. Tree is leaning over the sidewalk and presents a major safety hazard if it were to fall.

    Pile of tree limbs, old wood trim (with possible lead paint) with rusty nails exposed. Pile is obstructing sidewalk and spilling onto street. Hazardous items are obviously a safety concern. We have reported this for nearly a month, now.

    There is no trash can at this bus stop so folks simply litter all over the sidewalk. This is not the only stop without a trash can in the area, which should be a part of any stop, really.
