There has been a long standing debate as to whether or not parking meters on Upper State Street would solve for the long standing perception of parking challenges.

The City has a current proposal to add meters to the street here and I would be curious to hear insights from residents and businesses.

Class Two Gas Leak Has Prompted Multiple Fire Department responses in last week.

The Fire Department was just called for the second time In a week for what SCG classifies as a 'class two' gas leak meaning that the leak is 30' from the structure. SCG's response is that they might not fix it till Spring.

Can the City assist in expediting the repair so reasonably cautious neighbors don't have to keep calling 911.

If the message is going to be' call 911 when you smell gas', the gas company really needs to have a better policy in regards to repairing gas leaks that are just outside of the 30' perimeter from a structure in a residential neighborhood. Right?

Documenting this here in hopes that the City can put a call into SCG on behalf of the neighbors and the fire department and also to let other neighbors know why there were fire trucks outside their house and why it smells like Gas.

Severe street flooding again. This has been reported multiple times. Please help.

The road was just repaved here but they did not do a good job at backfilling the holes that were left behind from train tracks that were once on Alden. This is a problem along the whole street and is what caused it to pothole and crack last time all the way from Edgewood to fountain. While it's hard to tell in the photo the bumps had already come back and it's starting to be like a rumble strip in the drive lane again. If the City has a warranty with the contractor this would be worth an inspection.

Thursday night three laptops and one projector were stolen out of this lot. Did anyone see anything suspicious or see someone trying to sell any laptops on the street on Friday AM?

It would be excellent to spend a little bit of money put in a few ramps here as well as some benches.

City tree needs to be trimmed. It just lost a big branch onto house and there are many more dead limbs.
