    Underground rope swing attached to culvert grate is still in place. The grate is off allowing human access into the culvert. This is a dangerous attractive nuisance. I am wondering if I can cut the rope swing down from the top and it would wash away in the running water below, but I would prefer the city can handle it so as not to add trash to the drain. This also pertains to closed SR#1361658, SR#135807 and SR#10965981 and open request SR#136025, which has not been updated. This demonstrates an ongoing hazard. Putting the grate back in place is not enough. It needs to be locked/secured and the rope swing removed.

    Drainage grate has been removed/is caved in, leaving an exposed drainage hole. This area is easily accessible by kids and should be covered properly to prevent access. This isn't a pothole, but I didn't see an applicable category.
