    Hello, Is it legal for a construction company to hook up and use water from fire hydrants for an entire month? That is what is happening on the corner of 3rd Street South and 4th Avenue South with the NJR Construction LLC company working on the Claridge Lane townhome project.     Hello! There is a construction project going on directly behind my house. It is the Claridge Lane townhouse project being built by NJR Construction Group LLC, 727-515-5556. They have pumped all the groundwater out and dug a huge trench and now the street is caving in directly behind my house. This happened yesterday, 6/20/23.
