A globe on a street light in the 4700 block of Burchfield Ave on the south east corner of Burchfield Ave and Bel-Air Lane is tipped off and is a potential safety issue for walkers. Thanks

A home at 4724 Lowcroft Ave that has in the most recent months that has been abandoned has not been mowed and is quite tall.

Someone has dumped their mattress along side the sidewalk along Cavanaugh Rd (near Mike FM Radio Station). There had been a grill also along with the mattress but someone came along and took that. We have also noticed that someone has been dumping their grass clippings on the north east side of the park. I do not believe that it is the mowing crew. We will have to walk the park in the next few days to see if there has been more dumping within the park.

The street light that is in front of the address of 4410 Lowcroft Ave is out and has been for the past month.

For nearly 60 days in front of 316 E Cavanaugh Rd there has been a toilet setting along the side of the street from a renovation that took place at this property. Coming off of Cedar Street onto Cavanaugh Rd this is an unsightly first impression of the neighborhood. This needs to be removed as I'm sure the neighbors and businesses along Cedar Street near this home would like to see this toilet properly disposed of.

In a clearing of a wooded area in Cavanaugh Park there is someone or persons that continue to build a fire at the base of a tree. This past Saturday during a park cleanup a smoldering fire was found at the base of a tree. One other neighbor says that he has found a smoldering fire at this same tree several times and reported it to police. This particular area of the park is frequented by high school students from Everett, vagrants and others that may be part of gang activity because trees have been spray painted also with possible gang graphitti. This area cannot be seen from Cavanaugh Rd and those looking for it have to go through pathways or brush to get to it. If these fires continue and are left to smolder, it is feared that it could catch this area of the park on fire and spread quickly to nearby homes. This has been reported to code compliance twice via the online reporting for code compliance on 9/8//12 and 10/1/12. The driveway has trash, tires, a couple of refridgerators, washing mashine, and just lots of junk. This neighbor continually will park cars in his neighbors side yard to the north of 4514 Lowcroft Ave and has parked a vehicle on his own south side yard. The past week this neighbor has had 3 vehicles parked in the neighbors side yard. Attaching a picture of the trash. I would take a picture of the cars in the side yard but if code compliance drove by they would see the vehicles without a doubt.

At the 4 way stop of Cavanaugh Rd and Lowcroft Ave there has been 2 trash bags dumped on the north east side of the corner.

The globe on the street light is tipped / loose and could fall onto the sidewalk or street. This street light is on the east side of Lowcroft Ave near the home at 4913 Lowcroft Ave. Nearest crossroad to the west of this street light is Washington Ave.

There is a very large pot hole in front of 4611 Lowcroft Ave. With the high rate of speed of the cars that come through on Lowcroft Ave when they hit the pot hole it sounds like a 2 car pile up. Also with their speeding, it is my fear that they will loose control and go hit a tree or a home or some of the kids that like to play in their front yards or sidewalk. This also makes it much riskier for motorcycles that like to go through this area at nearly 60mph at this point that they will hit it and be killed. Each time this pot hole is hit, especially with larger vehicles, them more this hole opens up and poses more risk than necessary.

The street light on the corner of Washington Ave and Jolly Rd (720 West Jolly Road) in the south east corner of the Quality Dairy parking lot.

A black full size dodge truck with MI license of CLF 5928 was seen driving through Cavanaugh Park May 12th around 12:30pm. The vehicle was seen entering the park from Cavanaugh Rd (across from Mike FM Radio Station) and traveled south through the park. The truck then traveled west towards Lowcroft Ave through between the homes of 4601 and 4605 Lowcroft. The truck then entered onto Lowcroft Ave and parked at 4514 Lowcroft Ave and has been parked there all weekend. Only description of the occupant was that it was a male.

The street light on the north side of Beechwood Ave between the properties of 520 and 514 Beechwood Ave is out. Cross roads nearest the 520 Beechwood Ave address are Palmer St and Tenny St.

Damage to the home owner's fence by Park Mowing Crew mowing the Cavanaugh Park on April 18th, 2012. This isn't the first time. Other property owners with fences around Cavanaugh Park are experiencing the same issues with damage to their fencing by the mowing crew. We can get other pictures of that damage to those properties too.

The street light globe is tipped off in front of 4614 Lowcroft Ave due to the high winds yesterday. Light is functional but poses a safety issue if the globe falls off into the road.

The street light at 5016 Palmer St (east side of street) has the globe tip off and nearly falling off into the street.

On March 31st around 2:30pm, two of our block captains noticed a couple of dirt bikers flying through the trails and the hill in the park. The block captains made a call to the police and within 15 minutes the police drove through the area and the dirt bikers moved on. It is unknown whether the police were able to catch up with the bikers. The motorized recreational seekers appear to be entering/exiting the park area from Tenny Street. No motorized vehicles are to be in the park which pose a risk to those using the park or potentially causing damaging city property. Unfortunately with the bikers spin through the park, they tore up some of the trails and the hill.

We have been seeing more and more motorized vehicles driving through Cavanaugh Park and generally it seems to be happening during the day time and not just weekends. There has been a red pickup truck that speeds through the park at a high rate of speed entering from Tenny Street and exiting onto Cavnaugh Road. Unfortunately no one has been able to get a good description of the truck and a license plate.

A street light is out on the north side of Bel-Air Lane. Bel-Air Lane is between Lowcroft Ave and Burchfield Ave. This area is very dark and it has been reported that there is drug activity that takes place at night on Bel-Air Lane.

The street light is out in front of 4614 Lowcroft Ave. With the increase of B&E's in the past 5 months on Lowcroft Ave and Palmer Ave the loss of light on Lowcroft has made it very dark and targets for B&E's
