Hello I am James. Actually I am complaining about the upstairs people. I live on the first floor in the apartment. Those people are playing very loud music and are running on the floor, being drunk and screaming even at late nights, due to which I am not able to sleep and facing health issues. I have talked with them many times and requested not to do it but they are not listening and it is still continued on daily basis. Please help me, I am really tired and frustrated.
