    A sinkhole has developed in the backyard of 9551 Michaels Way. This is the 5th sinkhole that has been reported within the last year on the neighboring properties of 9551 Michaels Way, 9539 Michaels Way, and 9543 Michaels Way which is a flag lot. The issue is that the drain flowing underneath the three properties is rotted away and water is flowing freely into the yards below ground, which has been confirmed by the officials who have repaired the previous 4 sinkholes.

    Can you please patch this sink hole and also provide permanent repairs to fix the underlying cause?

    According to comments on previously issued Request IDs 15263346 and 14995980 the repairs were supposed to have started at the beginning of September, however as of today we have received no updates on the permanent solution.

    This sinkhole (one of 4 that has formed recently on the property) was previously reported via Issue ID 14995980 on 7/31/2023, and as a temporary solution was patched on 8/1/2023. The cause of the sinkholes is that the drain underground has rotted away.

    According to Issue ID 14995980, permanent repair work was to have started within 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks has elapsed and no permanent repair work has been noted - can you provide an update on the status of permanent repairs?

    A sink hole has developed on our property (see picture). Need to have this inspected and repaired. This is the fourth sink hole that has formed on our property/the area bordering our property and I am concerned that more will continue to form.
