Stormwater Issue Acknowledged2201 4th Ave N Saint Petersburg, FL, 33713, USA - Historic Kenwood Neighborhood Association
The storm water does not drain from 4th Avenue North to the drain on 22nd Street North. Instead, it fills 4th Ave North and lingers for a long time leaving muddy sediment in the street and on cars.
Appears to be due to the slope of the streets not allowing for proper water flow.

Codes Compliance Archived432 22nd St N St Petersburg, FL, 33713, USA - Historic Kenwood Neighborhood Association
On the northwest corner of Dartmouth and 22nd Street North, these shrubs make it impossible to see oncoming eastbound traffic on Dartmouth when stopped at the stop sign headed south on 22nd. This is a safety issue and could result in a serious accident.
The shrubs look nice but should be trimmed back as to not create a traffic hazard.

Alley Potholes / Blading / Smoothing Archived420 22nd St N St Petersburg, FL, 33713, USA - Historic Kenwood Neighborhood Association
This is the alley behind 2201 4th Avenue North. The alley has almost no gravel and frequently becomes muddy when it rains. Also, the soil is washing into 22nd Street. I would request that additional gravel be added along with the grading.
Thank you.
