This is an eyesore and has attracted raccoons that are now living in the house who invade my yard next door. Can someone please clean up the trash and finish boarding up the house?

It has passed on the other side of my street over the past 2 weeks. There is a lot of garbage in front of my house and on my side of the street. Can somebody please get the sweeper to pass like it’s supposed to on Tuesdays and Fridays? Thank you!
