    located on Haynes Bridge Road, on the north side where Mansell Road terminates, there are vines encroaching onto the sidewalk as well as from overhead 4-5 feet over the sidewalk. The Haynes Bridge School is about to open and students may step into the roadway to avoid this hazard.
