    There is a large amount of trash and debris on both sides of the staircase connecting Miller Avenue with West Park. Can this be cleaned up? And because it seems to be a long-term issue, can the brush on both sides of the staircase get cut back and landscapped to discourage it? Thank you.

    Two trees along the property at the southwest corner of Fountain and Feltch need trimming. The maple tree just east of the driveway at 521 Fountain appears to be dying and has multiple dead branches. The next tree to the east has long branches overgrowing the roof of the house, causing issues in the gutter. Power lines runs between the branches of both trees and would be impacted by any fall.
