    Culvert is either collapsed or filled with mangrove roots at line end. Requesting a city engineer to review. City has responded several times with sewer jet trucks with no fix. This picture was taken at 8:10 AM and low tide was at 7:58 AM.

    During evening storms the sewage drain in the culdesac is not draining and causing street flooding This is happening even during low tide. The sewage drain seems to be blocked. This has never occurred in the 22 years I have lived here.
