  • 335 Clayson Road Toronto Ontario - Toronto
Asphalt surrounding the sewage crate badly damaged. The exposed sewage crate and sunken hole could damage suspension, and also tires of all types of vehicles.
  • 1 Arrow Road Toronto, Ontario - Toronto
A circular hole at the north-east corner of Sheppard and Arrow. I saw a dozen right-turning cars run into it within minutes. It would also pose a risk to cyclist and pedestrians.
  • 182 Black Creek Dr North York, ON M6L 1M5, Canada - Toronto
Pothole on eastbound (south side) of Maple Leaf Dr. Before crossing the bridge and right under the hydro pole.
  • 14 Highview Ave Toronto, Ontario - Toronto
Pothole on east side of Highview ave near 13 Highview Ave, close to donation box.
  • 1086 Brimley Road Toronto, Ontario - Toronto
The post on the Finch hydro corridor west of Brimley is missing and the base is exposed. The base is black and without reflective material. It could pose a hazard for cyclists and pedestrians using the trail.

Pothole about 3 feet from curb and driveway.
  • Sheppard Avenue East Toronto, Ontario - Toronto

  • 409-417 Huntsmill Boulevard Toronto, Ontario - Toronto
Potholes about 4 feet from curb on southbound lane. There were other potholes along the same stretch but they have been patched up recently (thanks). However, these two remain unrepaired.
  • 30 Bamburgh Circle Toronto, Ontario - Toronto
Multiple potholes at intersection of Warden Ave/Bamburgh Circle (West Side). The larger one on pedestrian crossing about 7 feet from corner curbe. Two smaller one about 9-10 feet outside the left turn lane at the intersection.

  • 3 Hickory Tree Road Toronto, Ontario - Toronto

Exposed tree roots posing danger on multi-use trail, especially to cyclists, strollers, and runners.

Multiple tree roots are exposed across the trail for years now. Since they are situated around a sharp corner and shadowed by nearby trees, they surprised a lot of cyclists when they are coming north from the bridge.

  • 10 Glendinning Avenue Toronto, Ontario - Toronto
A growing pothole on westbound of the road. It's right in path of right wheel of westbound vehicles. It's tricky to avoid on busy Sunday morning and during evening.
  • Humber River Trail Toronto, Ontario - Toronto
The overgrown along the Humber River Trail near Lambton Woods are obscuring the winding trail. It is posting a hazard to runners and cyclists going through the area. The section is in the lower part of a valley, and cyclists could gain a lot of speed when coming down the slope on from either north or south. The geography and tall vegetations are creating multiple blind turns. The trail is also tighter than normal, which make the situation even more dangerous. Kinda of strange to me the area is not maintained like the nearby area where grass are trimmed properly.
  • 10-32 Shorncliffe Road Toronto, Ontario - Toronto
A tricky pothole to avoid when you coming up from the underpass (going south on Shorncliffe Rd). Since the underpass is shaded and the pothole is at the edge of bright daylight. A typical cyclist riding 3 feet from cube will hit the pothole with very little time to react due to speed during decent from Dundas St W.
  • 103 Humberview Road Toronto, Ontario - Toronto
Wet mud and standing water covering trail and path.
  • Queens Quay E / Lower Jarvis St Toronto, Ontario - Toronto
Please be caution when using the new bike path on Queens Quay near Lower Jarvis. The sidewalk curb is about 1/2 inch above the bike path. It could trap your tire if you want to dodge pedestrian or the utility box.
  • Bisset Ave And Westhead Rd Toronto, Ontario - Toronto
Multiple potholes around at the southbound turn of Bisset and Westhead. There's practically no way to avoid because the lane is very narrow. You could go around on the opposite lane, but trees are blocking the view of any incoming traffic until you are about 5 meters before the turn. Please fix the potholes, install a mirror, put a caution sign, or least paint the potholes.
  • 58 Shaver Ave S Toronto, Ontario - Toronto
The pavement sank about 1.5 inches and going across half of the southbound lane. It's very hard to see due to shadows casted by tall trees in the area. There's no marking near or on the sunken portion. I almost dumped myself there today.
