    The cross walk signal seems to be twisted and not facing pedestrians coming from Franklin Towers heading towards Pprtland Adult Ed on Cumberland Ave. The cross walk signal is only visible to vehicle drivers, not pedestrians. Thanks for helping keep Portland walkers safe!

    Loose manhole cover needs to be tightened. In the intersection of the 300 block of Congress St and Franklin St. Near the Franklin St greenway, Little Woodfords coffee shop, and Catholic Charities. The loose manhole cover is noisy every time a car drives over it.
