Junk piles of stuff sitting in driveway. Trailer in driveway does not have a tag. All this debris been sitting for over a week outside of garage without a tent during the rains. Over the weekend a tent went up over the untagged trailer holding junk. cars that park in driveway block the sidewalk for walkers & cyclists. Ongoing issue at this property. code comes they clean up then after code closes case they go back to collecting more junk out of trash.

Overgrowth grass & weeds heavy mosquitos here. Construction left to wood rot. Nobody's been around for over 2 weeks. Also please recheck that existing structure of home they are trying too leave is safe when they add a roof, heard they are leaving part of old walls for tax reasons when it seems like it would not hold a roof after so much rain on wood frame. Have any inspections for there permit been called in by owners who reside elsewhere? Permit on front door.

A very used often Asphalt Alley has been left to fall apart. We talked to codes today onsite & was advised by a supervisor to submitt asphalt repave request here. Neighboors have tried to blow sand off since IRMA but potholes, asphalt breakage is getting worse with every rain. The entire asphalt alley from 28th Ave N to 30th ave N runs North & South behind 2845 12th street Home. Now that sewers, gas lines have been done & New asphalt was placed around man holes recently it has just made matters worse more lumpy Bouncing garbage trucks. During this time please have workers measure we need the 10' alley restored, seams to have narrowed. A driveway was removed at 1126 30th ave N home at alley & removal of sides of the asphalt was pulled up with it which has now allowed garbage trucks less room in this main alley going onto 30th ave n.

Man sat on roof Friday til dusk then left without cleaning up or Tarping roof.

Rafters removed from garage roof is now off. Is this entire home being rebuilt to code?? Seems 1 hired help not a contractor doing removals on Sat & Sun loud pounding, No owners around. Is construction allowed on Sunday in St.Pete?NO. They also did a lot of illegal alley dumping of concrete interior walls being removed late at night but now they have a dumpster so hopefully that issue is no longer but you might want to tell them rules. Don't understand how flying old tar paper on exterior has not been addressed & why this homes exterior continues to rot just like roof? Their must be time limits for a place to be like this for over a year now? Also please address that the driveway now removed has caused ASPHALT alley to be covered in sand. Asphalt alley might need repair? The vehicles & garbage trucks causing dirt into windows of nearby homes please have a sweeper clean up this asphalt alley dirt mess so we can open windows. Can somebody make sure width of alley is marked so that no encroachment of new driveways being put in effect garbage trucks or cars driving in and out onto 30th ave N.
