Speed bump damaged. Road hazard.

A huge pothole approximately 24” round and 8-12” deep is in the middle of the post office driveway. It is a serious hazard to vehicles, and a safety hazard to pedestrians.

Illegal dumping at intersection of Anslee Way and Blake Bottom Road 35806. This was reported in Nov-Dec and assigned city official replied that the item would be removed on the monthly pick-up day. The See-Clix-Fix report was closed, but the item has not been moved. Please remove. The dumped item can cause drainage issues, is an eye sore, and is also a location where the police park to monitor traffic and ensure safety. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

Illegal dumping on Blake Bottom Road at the intersection of Blake Bottom Rd and Anslee Way.

Bed mattress discarded and has not been properly disposed of for several weeks.

The fire retardant residue has not washed away over the past two weeks and is a curbside eyesore. This is a result of a burning car extinguished by the Fire Department. Please send a street sweeper or crew to clean up the eyesore.

Corrosive powder / dry chemical fire extinguisher residue on the corner of Anslee Way and Graydon Street, Huntsville, AL 35806 is a danger to children and pets, and risks damaging the metal on automobiles. Please dispatch a street sweeper to clean up the fire extinguisher-residue that remains on the street after the Fire Department’s heroic effort to extinguish an automobile fire and eliminate the fire risk to trees and homes.

Sidewalk repair required. Sidewalk has been removed for several weeks. Pedestrian access and safety issue.

Street light out at 8208 Stillwater Circle, Huntsville, AL 35806

Water leak at the meter at 7612 Graydon Street. It has been leaking for a few weeks from the meter onto the sidewalk and into the street.

Street light on Pulaski Pike at corner of Pulaski Pike and Kelly Cemetery Rd NW is out. The lack of adequate lighting at this intersection is particularly dangerous with the increase in traffic on Kelley Cemetery Rd at night.

Street across the street from 161 Kelly Cemetery Rd NW is out.
