    Is there any way possible to control the speed on Buffaloe Road between Captial Blvd and New Hope Road. That 1 1/2 mile stretch is designated at 35 mph according to the road sign across the street from my house. It has become a real problem in the last few years. I have lived here for 42 years and it gotten out of hand over the last few years. I have nearly been hit several times going to my mail box. It is almost impossible to back out of my driveway without someone coming down the hill at a high rate of speed and pounding on the horn because I can't get moving quickly enough. This "IS" a residential area and should be treated as such. Anything possible that can be done would be graciously appreciated.
