Over the course the summer this street has consistently flooded. Every single homeowner on this block has to deal with the constant fear of what a flash flood means for us. The rains are getting heavier and heavier and with no where for the water to go that means it is backing up into our homes. This is causing severe flooding in the streets which means flooding into our homes. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!! I don't know what can be done if anything. But we cannot live like this anymore we need the help of the CITY of NJ to do something about this ongoing issue. With climate change this is going to continue to be a problem! We have spent thousands of dollars so far in the little of a year since we purchased out home dealing with flood that is to no fault of our own. The water comes in from the street because city's pipes cannot handled the constant flash floods! Please help!!! PLEASE!!
