I've reported this issue before on this website and was referred to the state DOT. I reported the issue to the state DOT several times over the past 2 years and nothing was done (no reply even).
There are large cracks in the pavement where Glenwood and Westborough intersect. They cause a lot of stress to car alignment when turning from or onto Glenwood and hitting the cracks unevenly. People unfamiliar with the area drive over them too fast and get a severe jolt.
