    Flooding at intersection of Appian Way & Snell Isle Blvd NE, following thunderstorm on 9-27-23. Occurred during a low tide. Intersection is not properly draining, blocked regular flow of traffic.

    Sidewalk does not drain following rain, requiring pedestians to detour onto Snell Isle Blvd. Sidewalk is located on north side of property, along Snell Isle Blvd.

    This issue was previously reported, but closed without any work being performed to correct the problem. The sidewalk is too low and floods in heavy rain, preventing pedestrian use.

    On 9/24/21, a large oak tree was removed at 910 Snell Isle Blvd., St. Petersburg, FL. It was removed by Arbor Source (877) 972-7267.

    There is no permit posted. I spoke to the foreman, Ronald. He claimed they have a permit and are not required to post it, nor was I in a position to ask for it. I checked online with the City of St. Pete Building Dept. There is not a permit showing.

    I have additional photos.

    On 9/24/2I, I reported to trees@stpete.org, but today Dylan Carlson has advised this is the correct process. Please let me know if you would like additional information. I would appreciate being advised what responsive action will be being taken by the City of St. Pete.
