Silt fence on construction site is not working. Silt is washing over neighboring property and ditch in front preventing proper drainage.

Soil for driveway washes out on to adjoining neighbor @ 902 Pine Meadow. Should I be concerned about it? It does prevent surface runoff from rear of property, but oh well.

Runoff water from drainage easement floods my property.

City is allowing new development residential structures to be built on lots in Pine Meadow subdivision and letting them backfill and raise the surface grade of the 16ft drainage easement around the perimeter of the subdivision without an updated engineered approved plat for drainage. this causes existing lots to be flooded.

soil runoff from neighbor's foundation development blocks water drainage from rear of my property contributing to flooding on drainage easement which is further exacerbated by city allowing adjacent properties to not comply with easement restrictions.

It is my understanding that a setback of 5 ft is required between a building/garage and property line. Owner of adjoining lot claims plan approved by city allows a 2ft setback. Correct me if I am wrong.
I would like to build a garage but have the understanding of the 5 ft. rule.

I,ve reported in the past but have not yet received a resolution (ClickFix 13758430) I tried to contact Mr. Randall West but to no avail. This last rainfall raised the issue again. Drainage on the outer perimeter of the subdivision has nowhere to drain.

Drainage of water along the rear easement of properties in Pine Meadow subdivision. Reported several years ago.

The City sent a contractor out to address the drainage issue of the ditches in Pine Meadow subdivision, however it appears they have done a poor job by digging the ditches deeper. Water is retained until the next rainfall. Great nesting for mosquitos. Is the city going to follow up?

last spring sent this picture to public works asking to address drainage issue from northern border of Pine Meadow subdivision. In preparation for spring season does the city have a resolution for drainage of this property boundary. They have failed so far to address the issue.

Photo taken from 902 Pine Meadow facing Northwest corner of cul-de-sac on Pine Meadow drive. Not sure if resident 'Angel" applied for a permit to add on house. Has built in the past without a permit. Am concerned as property ownership changes in this subdivision, owners do not think they need to comply with city ordinances and building codes.
