Need a new garbage can. Was missing 1 wheel, since being on the curb, other parts are MIA. Previously reported via telephone. Literally have can and lid. Only.

Waited 9 minutes for the light to change to allow a left turn on to 66th street. Pedestrian sign counted down 3 times making the appearance of a light changing however after the count down the light never turned. Ultimately took a right onto 66th street and made a U-turn. This took 2 minutes. The light was still green for 66 Street. A pedestrian on a bike attempted to cross 66th east to west around 7 minutes. He Ultimately crossed despite the no crossing signal. If this guy was hit he would be accountable for going against traffic signal but what other options did he have? Go south to Tyrone or North to 30th Avenue? Both are far more dangerous! Please fix this light!!!

I had to move the fence back a few inches for new ditches to be installed. They have NEVER drained!! The old ditches worked. A complete waste of tax payers money. This has been reported multiple times!!

Traffic signal to give 26th Avenue west permission to proceed (turn green) takes a extended amount of time. The pedestrian sign counts and stops multiple times. Poor sensor for vehicles sitting there. Majority of the neighborhood turns right and makes a U Turn at the 1st possible chance to be able to head south down 66th street.
