On Coles street in between 10th and 16th, it is very dangerous and not handicap/stroller accessible (cast iron lofts has a step not a ramp on the sidewalk). It is also highly disgusting/trashy/drippy underneath the bridges by 12th street. It limits the ability to be able to walk safely underneath. It’s hard to see under the bridges when driving too, so if a person is in the road you likely can’t see until they’re too close.
Can you place a sidewalk that is fully handicap accessible underneath the bridges and figure out how to stop the drips that pile up nasty residue piles. Also there are dead pigeons and lots of trash underneath.

100 Hoboken Avenue Jersey City, NJ, 07310, USA - The HeightsI am requesting a stop sign be placed on Hoboken Avenue and Monmouth St in both directions. I walk my daughter to school across the street located in The Enclave and no one stops for us to cross the street and some go out of their way to swerve around instead of stop when we are in the street.
