    Denver Street NE is in serious need of resurfacing. The intersecting street (Dover St. NE) was resurfaced several years ago. Denver St. NE is narrow. A pipe was laid 7-8 years ago along the length of the 5200 block, and a long sunken section the length of the street, causing a continuous gap to the gurb and further narrowing the street. As you travel the length of Denver St. NE, many sections of "bubbled," missing, and poorly patched sections exist. Pot holes exist.

    Denver Street Northeast (entire street) in in desperate need of repaving. Nearby Dover street was repaved several years ago. This street is narrow and has 5200 block had water or other pipe put in 10 years ago, with entire section now depressed. Major sections have 2-3 inch depression along where drainage concrete culvert in place. Multiple sections of street have been patched repeatedly and big pot holes are a constant.

    Overnight sleeping in "custom" RV/trailer parked at this address. This is a reoccuring problem. Police have been out multiple times, including today (again). He simply moves the trailer to the corner of Denver St. NE and Dover St. NE for a period of time and then moves it back again. This has been going on for several weeks.
