    Stormwater on Scott Blvd. between Clarion & Woodlawn is still an issue. When the drains were cleared a few years ago, water did not build up as it is doing again. DOT has worked on this area several times, but the dangerous buildup of water when it rains continues to be a road hazard.

    Scott Blvd. is dangerous once again! Stormwater drains are clogged again between Clarion & Woodlawn Avenues. Stormwater has risen and deeply covers the two lanes traveling toward Coventry Rd. This is a heavily traveled road for commuters and is once again very hazardous! PLEASE check the drains again before a serious accident occurs.

    The storm water drains on Scott Blvd between Clarion & Woodlawn are obviously stopped up again. The water is not draining well, creating very hazardous conditions for drivers headed N on Scott Blvd. The right lane is flooded.

    A tree near the intersection of Clarion Ave. & Scott Blvd. has rotten limbs that continue to fall. A couple of years ago, some of the trees were cleared from this section, but this one was not. While the limbs that have fallen so far are not large, they are still a hazard for drivers.

    101-199 Woodlawn Ave Decatur, GA, 30030, USA - Decatur
    On our walk this morning, my husband and I found two red STOP signs that were thrown into the Unity Garden flowerbed, crushing some of the flowers. We placed the signs flat, on top of the metal plate at the corner of Woodlawn and Nelson Ferry. Both the existing stop signs are in place at this intersection. We have no idea where these extra signs came from, or why they were thrown in the garden. We don’t recall them being there yesterday.

    This sidewalk is dangerous! This section of Scott Blvd. near Clarion is a hazard after a water main break in Dec. was repaired in Jan, and road repaved in March. There is no curb now and stormwater floods from the road into our backyard. Two issues: Sidewalk is dangerous and the flooding into our backyard is a problem, since the curb is missing and the embankment landscape/slope was changed. Storm drains are too small for the amount of water on Scott Blvd. when it rains. This also makes for dangerous driving conditions! Who is responsible? DOT, Dekalb County, or City of Decatur?
