    Speed bump is not easily visible and causes people to constantly bottom out their cars by driving over it too quickly. I would like the faded lines to be repainted to improve visibility of the bump and hopefully slow people down. There are other speed bumps on 28th that need fresh paint also however this one is near the Foothill intersection and people come away from that light quite fast then hit this bump.
