    associated to the above issue ID: the summer is coming to an end and i havent seen any tree work being done.

    on monday july 28 we had severe rain and my street turns into a river. is there a simple solution to this problem?

    every evening turning on to the rourke bridge with CVS on the left side the traffic is backed up enough so when my light is green with green left arrow i CANNOT GET ON THE BRIDGE!!!
    this happens every evening monday thru friday between 5-7pm and during this time to add to the issue emergency vehicles want to get on the bridge going towards the blvd to lowell general and the bridge is 1 lane per side this will cause worse problems, the current issue creates aggrevation amongst people in traffic please @#$% the problem during the time frame of the issue and reprogram the lights accordingly. please do not tell me to take another bridge, the school st/mammoth rd bridge isnt any better

    i have brought this issue up in the past twice, humphrey st is THICKLY SETTLED and to not have a posted speed limit of 30 as well as a "slow children" sign something is bound to happen and i rather not wait and see it, could some one PLEASE post a SPEED LIMIT SIGN!!! its bee 2 years over this issue and i have been given the run around on who's responsible on doing this honestly i dont care who is supposed to do it i just care that it GETS DONE so lets get to it!

    the telephone pole with the speed limit sign of 30 near the chelmsford/westford line has trees close to it that it causes problems during the winter could the trees be trimmed back away from the lines plz?

    on central st facing the central/prescott traffic lites there are 2 lanes the RIGHT lane is to make right turns there is also a sign stating right lane for right turn only, i have observed NUMEROUS times that people in the LEFT LANE MAKE A RIGHT TURN!! this can and will eventually create an accident it has happened to me personally i would like this location closely monitored by the police in the area between the times of 4pm -7pm, ALSO i have noticed that cars in right lane makes a turn on red light at this signal where it specifically states NO RIGHT TURN ON RED; the other sign says DO NOT BLOCK INTERSECTION and i have seen these actions happen multiple times; along with a pedestrian crossing when the light turns green and not following the pedestrian signals.

    there are tree branches invading power and cable lines that need to be trimmed back and because the poles are on city land it is the city's responsibility to either trim the trees or contact the correct utility company to resolve this. The trees are near the address of 248 humphrey on the same side as the utility poles.

    i have emailed and requested an actual officer to clock people, i noticed that it was done on rt 110 towards dracut alongside the river after the rotary but i never see it done on a side road like humphrey, also why am i asking this multiple times!

    what is the status on getting the road properly paved ? i have yet to see any road work done in the city has it even started yet? this is the last i heard about it.

    You have already brought this issue up in another ticket and your street has been added to the paving list for the spring. It snows every year, and many streets experience the same problem with ice. Until it is warm enough for the ice to melt, salt is the only solution we have.

    on humphrey st there has been cars excessively speeding in both ways on the road, mostly during traveling hours of 6-8am and 4-7 pm other times is late nite all week, i have requested this multiple times and have yet to see those that are speeding get pulled over. I am concerned for neighbors children and people who walk that could get hit by a car. WHY hasnt a police officer patrolled the street or clocked the traffic throughout the day?? a stand alone radar will not ticket people.

    there are multiple potholes in front of 248 humphrey st which creates issue when it rains and snows this needs to be fixed immediately!!
