Festival stage blocking Manila street COMPLETELY at 1st street. So traffic coming westward on second is detoured onto Manila because od an inactive construction blocking 2nd street at Manila ave... then traffic is forced onto 1st because of stage blocking Manila ave... so westbound traffic on second is able to cross Marin Boulevard but after detours at the next two blocks is then force back to Marin Boulevard... If you then try to cross downtown westward on Bay Street you can drive up a dead end at the back of the Stage with no way to back up safely on a one way street. No Police visible ANYWHERE... "Concert Promoter" claims to have permits and to have ordered and paid for police but none Were visible at any of the aforementioned intersections.... Driving across The downtown is like the Wild West... It took one hour to go from 123 then square place to Second street and Newark avenue Because of the Lack of traffic planning and Enforcement!!!! Is this what we should expect for a 100% increase in Property taxes last year? Whatever you are doing in town Hall Its WAY WRONG!!!!
