This may be the wrong category, but it was the closest I could find. The (fairly recently installed) UI utility pole at the southeast corner of the intersection of West Elm Street and Forest Road is deeply undermined. There is a hole big enough to lose a toddler in, evidently the result of fill soil being washed out. If it continues, there pole will be at risk of toppling.

Numerous, deep, rapidly deteriorating potholes in this stretch of West Elm Street. Please inspect.

Pedestrian signal is coming on during every cycle at this intersection (adding 20 seconds every time) instead of only those times a pedestrian pushes a button. This is new behavior the last week or so. Please have a technician take a look.

Spray painted graffiti on stop sign at end of West Elm (Forest Road intersection).

No parking sign apparently struck by vehicle yesterday. Pole bent. This is a sign newly set in a concrete walk last year. It just needs to be lifted out and replaced. No damage to hole.

The signal for westbound traffic on Fountain, in front of the Westville Post Office, is blocked from view by a young tree, causing a dangerous situation for pedestrians crossing Fountain with the walk signal, especially from cars pulling away after illegally parking in front of Post Office. The signal is over the sidewalk. Either the lower branches of the tree should be pruned (cheap) or the signal should be swung out over the street (expensive).
