Slot pothole at edge of gutter pan.

Curb and gutter pan has shifted leaving a trench pothole hazard for cyclists.

Foliage obscures the stop sign here until vehicles are 10 yards from the stop bar. Vehicles often roll through this intersection without stopping. Foliage obscured signage is common all over town this time of year.
Is this maintenance something that property owners should take responsibility for?
Also, are traffic control signs periodically washed to remove accumulated mud and surface debris to improve their visibility and reflectivity at night?

Gravel from a driveway above on Ridgecrest has once again piled at this intersection due to recent storms. We have seen motorists skid on this gravel while attempting to stop here. This is not an isolated incident, as it occurs with sloped gravel driveways all over town. For example, there is currently another gravel pile nearby at the intersection of Old Oxford and Eastwood Lake Roads. This is a hazard for bicyclists as well. As a bike commuter I've experienced 2 injury accidents caused by driveway gravel in the roadway.
Whose responsibility is it to clear driveway gravel that spills onto a roadway? Town maintenance or the home owner who allows it to spill? Are there ordinances or building codes in place regarding gravel driveways designed to prevent spillage hazards from reoccurring?

Loop detector at left turn lane from E Franklin onto N Elliott does not detect bicycles.

Potholes reforming at previously patched areas.

Eastbound greenway stop sign paint has worn off and is no longer visible.

Storm drain cover is broken in 2 pieces and at risk of caving in.

This is occurring with more frequency at bus stops and shelters all over town. These 5 carts have accumulated recently and are blocking the sidewalk and shelter at times.

Orange/ rust colored liquid seeping from ground. There was some foamy scum and grease streaks pooling on top. Please investigate source and possibly test for toxicity. Approx. location is south side of gravel section of Municipal Dr, opposite side of fenced town maintenance facility and Crow Branch Pond. I can return to the spot for a photo if necessary.

Animal is on southbound shoulder of 15-501 up against the construction fence of large apartment project between Eastgate and Elliott rd. Was reported on Nextdoor 3 days ago, and smelled badly when I passed on my bike last night.
