    The timing on the traffic signal at Slaughter and Madison Pike is off. Eastbound on Madison Pike turning North on Slaughter seems to be timed correctly. Westbound on Madison Pike turning South on Slaughter gets a green arrow regardless if there is a vehicle turning left, and it is green for the full duration causing the traffic to back up headed eastbound into Research Park and Redstone Arsenal area. This has been observed many mornings Mon-Fri from 6am to 630am, unsure if it happens other times of the day. Was reported before, 4-5 months back, still not fixed.
