With every new homeowner at this address, this pile of limbs and yard debris along the alleyway continues to grow. The city of Huntsville has allowed this for so long the residents don't know it is supposed to go out front. Will you please send a crew to collect it or at least push it out of travel lane. Thanks.

The junk/inoperable autos at 1334 O'Shaughnessy are still there. After the 30 days, when you respond back there, please stop down the street at 1250 O'Shaughnessy and check these inoperable autos. Five of the six autos there are clearly jacked up, flat tires, unregistered or expired. I understand there is a repair shop behind this place, but this RESIDENTIAL yard is not supposed to allow for this. Thank you.

There is an unregistered pewter Nissan sedan with flat tire and a white Toyota sedan with flat tire and front end damage parked in this lot and visible from public roadway. These were found as I followed up on a pile of abandoned junk near the roadway on same property. Thank you.

This litter pile was reported on 4/1/24, reference work order 16319729. On 4/3/24 I was notified that it had been resolved, yet here it is on the beginning of 5th week... still there. While photographing it for you, I noticed a couple of inoperable/unregistered autos near this pile. Please have an inspector go there and assist us with trying to keep our street as neat as possible. Once again, the owner of this apartment complex is not keeping his property picked up. This pile of rubbish is still visible to passersby on week 4 and is accumulating additional junk. Will you please ask the owner to clean up after his/her tenants. Thanks.

Please send road crew to repair this ever growing and ongoing pothole issue. It is also a drainage issue when the rains come. (That was why COH originally laid that line of poorly lumped asphalt between Windham and the Hi & Bye.) Water stands there long after the rains stop which probably has something to do with why COH has had to make this same repair more than once in last few years. Thanks.

This area hasn't been maintained well for a long time. If this area was already trimmed back due to my previous request, it doesn't appear so. It was not trimmed back so as to not scratch our vehicles. Please send trimmers back to this area behind 1604 & 1608 Humes Ave. and ask them to trim it back to those homeowners' fences... then instruct those homeowners to maintain their properties. As you can see from photo, the gravel crew was in alleyway yesterday. However, gravel was dumped/spread at places that did not appear, to me, to be issues. Nothing was done at the large mud hole for which I'd complained. I saw today that the work order was closed out without repair. This is what it looked like after the short rain today. Will you please send someone that can address the problem in photo. Thanks.

Same complaint every couple of years. I can't believe the owner of driveway connected to this large mud hole doesn't complain about this. I guess they are right to think someone else that utilizes this alley everyday will do so. Will the city please fill this large hole? Thank you.

Will you please send an Inspector out to this complex to cite the owner for the inoperable/unregistered vehicles in clear sight from roadway. Yesterday, there were six cars there, half of which violated some type of ordinance. I was unable to get third & worst violator in photo but it will not be hard to spot as it is sitting with two flat tires & a 2022 exp tag. It appeared to have not been moved in long while. Thanks.

This discarded dresser has been out near the curb for 5-6 weeks now. Each week, it appears to be in more broken pieces. Will you either pick it up or ask the property owner to do so? There is also a dismantled bathroom vanity at the corner of Windham/Humes that has been there for two weeks. Same request. Thanks.

Please ask Huntsville Utilities to check this pole to make sure that it is stable. The vehicle moved it but once vehicle was pulled off, the pole stood back upward due to attached lines. If not HSV Utilities property, please notify proper agency/business. Ref. HPD 7148949

As you see from photo there are several inoperable autos on property. They've been like this for a while. I noticed that another neighbor recently complained about a transient camp on this property. Has that been resolved? If so, they did not take their tents with them. Plenty of additional junk there to also investigate. Will you please check into these matters? Thanks.

This homeowner begrudgingly mowed part of his lawn recently at my request but hasn't touched his back lawn since he bought the place early summer. As you can see it has long since passed the city grass height allowance. Will you please send one of your inspectors to ask him to mow and educate him on the grass ordinance.

Resident has piled limbs/tree trimmings and trash into two piles on either side of his driveway off of alleyway instead of placing next to roadway at front of property for collection.

Trash and yard debris being disposed of at alley instead of along roadside in front of property. The junk has been there about a year, the yard trimmings are fresh. Evidently the resident hasn't figured out that city doesn't collect from alleyways.

This vehicle is has multiple flat tires, has an expired tag and is being used as storage unit at the corner of O'Shaughnessy Ave. and Windham St. It has been there at least a month. This is 2nd request.

In the alleyway behind O'Shaughnessy between Maysville and Windham, there are several trees with limbs hanging so low that they strike vehicles. See photo. Will you please trim them back or alert the owners to do so as soon as possible. Thanks.
