1 small bin was missed.

Workers building scaffolding using loud, offensive language, shouting at the top of their lungs, using the F-word and engaging in verbal altercations with residents and passers-by.

No problem with them working at 7AM, but they don't need to shout, and definitely do NOT need to use the F-word or argue with passers-by and residents.

135 Brookline St Condo Association hired them.

The Tudor St sign at the corner of Brookline and Tudor is missing.

It had previously started to sag and now has either fallen off or been removed altogether.

Please replace it.

This has been a problem for us several times the last few months, and a neighbor at 13 Decatur reported the same just a couple of weeks ago.

DPW personnel scatter the trash bins after emptying them, so some end up in different parts of the block, or on the opposite side of the street - or both.

It should be a simple thing to put the bins back where they found them. As it is they usually just toss them wherever they want, leaving them in the street or over the curb or on their sides - or all of the above.

Let's have them put the bins back where they found them.

A few weeks ago the trash collection employees spilled trash in the street during pickup, and failed to pick it up. Fortunately, a DPW supervisor was following and we asked him to intervene; DPW sent someone to clean it up.

Today, they broke bottles during trash collection and left broken glass in the street.

We've picked up the bigger pieces, but the City needs to send the street cleaner down the middle of Decatur St to get rid of the small shards.

There's absolutely no reason why two Works trucks - there to water trees using very loud pumping trucks - should be doing so at 330AM.

They woke up everyone near Brookline and Decatur.

This can be done any time of day or night: why in the middle of prime sleeping hours using noisey trucks!!!

Please change this. If you can't then let's get the head of Works into City Council and they can explain it there.

Residence has left abandoned trash receptacles out for 2 weeks. Likely belongs to the condo association at 135 Brookline.

1. Garbage personnel have repeatedly emptied bins and then left them on the opposite side of the street. Easy to address when we all had personal garbage bins. But now that all the bins are alike this makes it more difficult to sort out later. We labeled our bins, and found them on the other side of the street, and found some of the neighbor's bins mixed with ours. Please ask them to be more attentive to this.

2. One bin wasn't emptied at all. Fortunately, a supervisor was following them and radioed them to come back and empty it.

3. Worst: they left garbage and personal waste from the garbage in the street afterwards. Again the supervisor - who was terrific! - said he'd address.

Please RETRAIN our garbage people to address these things!

Also: I had to list this under missed trash. You need more categories for reporting trash incidents!

Someone - presumably from DPW, although he wasn't driving a DPW truck nor was he wearing DPW garb - has placed cones to block 1/2 of Tudor St at the Brookline intersection. You can drive right around the cones.

There's no signage or indication that work is being done and no warning to drivers. Some are stopping and blocking traffic while they look; others are driving around the cones.

If this is legit, I bet NO ONE thought to put up signage on Brookline to warn that Tudor was closed, because in the past you guys don't put up any signage!

Please rectify this.

Broken glass in the street, on Decatur St, in front of the hydrant near the corner of Brookline St.

Trash collectors failed to empty this bin.

Apartment dwellers moved a week ago, left mattress propped up against the side of the building. Owners have failed to remove it.

Please pick it up: it's a health hazard. There could be bed bugs.

Whoever is driving the Street Cleaning warning truck is not running the recording. He's instead mumbling something brief that includes the words "street cleaning." Impossible to understand, and anyone new won't be effectively warned.

Please turn on the sprinklers for the dogs at Tudor Street Dog Park.

Not sure they're still out there today, but our recycling is usually finished by 8am, 9am latest. Decatur St has not been picked up.

National Water Main is doing work at the corners of Brookline, Tudor and Decatur, blocking the street, making it nearly impossible for Trucks and Buses to get by. Mostly they sit there until a worker can help navigate them past parked cars.

Did no one at the City or DPW insist that these guys get the parking areas closed off before working??

This is a problem TODAY all day until they leave.

Please ask the arborist to examine the two trees on the North corner of Brookline and Decatur.

One is in the Brookline-side tree well near that corner, and the other is in the Decatur-side well. Both were planted last Fall. Neither has produced foliage or shown any sign of life this Spring, and we believe they’re dead and should be replaced.

We were told that the trees would still be under warranty and the City can ask the contractor to replace them for free. Would hate to miss that opportunity if they’re gone and still under warranty.
