    Only one tram is running during rush hour when there is clearly a need for two.

    When the demand is this high on the Manhattan side, shouldn't we have both trams on the same side, so you double the amount of people you transport at one time. Isn't that one of the reasons we upgraded the system?

    At 7am, 8/17/11, I was waiting for the MTA, or RED BUS. At about 7:05am, the RED BUS pulls up to the Octagon stop. As I'm walking over to the stop, the bus proceeds to pull away, not allowing my the opportunity to board. Their was no indication that the bus was off duty. I am so tired of the inconsistencies. We need a sigh showing the times that busses are suppose to be at any given stop. The EXPRESS BUS pulls up at 7:19am. What happen to the 7am bus?
