    I am not reporting this to have the officer talk to them. These individuals have been spoken to DOZENS OF TIMES BY THE PATH OFFICER. THEY ALWAYS REFUSE ASSISTANCE. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SLEEP IN THE BUSHES. GOV DESANTIS PASSED LEGISLATION TO COMBAT THIS.
    DO NOT SEND AN OFFICER TO OFFER SERVICES. SEND THEM TO TRESPASS THEM. I HAVE PERSONALLY SPOKEN TO THE MANAGERS AND OŴNERE OF THE STORES AND SHOPS AND THEY ARE EXHAUSTED AT THIS RUNAROUND WE GET. I WILL BE ATTENDING THE COUNCIL MEETING THURSDAY TO MAKE SUR YOU STOP PASSING THE BUCK

    this is the same woman that we have been having trouble with in this neighborhood sleeping both in these bushes and living in the bus stop across the street all day long. I'm sure the city has spent several thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars dealing with these people. Governor DeSantis passed legislation about people camping in open spaces. let's get this taken care of please

    this man and his counter part sleeping in the bushes across the street in front of Sam's Club have been living in the bus stop for like 3 years at least. today, before I could take this pic a pregnant woman was forced to stand in the blazing sun while they sat comfortably.

    These 2 people alone have cost us tens of thousand of dollars in services over the years. something more permanent needs to be done to address it.

    for several years we've been complaining about the overgrowth all around the retention pond behind A and J food mart. the transients now have campsites in the overgrowth.

    before you dismiss this again, please explain to us why this person can get away with many long standing code violations on this property.

    same people you have been chasing off this block of 34th st for the past 5 years. why are they not trespassed from every business along that block??? they are THEE anchors of the area that make it ok for all the others. get them trespassed and out of the area and it will go a.long way to addressing the issue.

    at night behind the Aldi store transients gather and camp out in the area between the end of the parking lot and the fence so they are hidden from view.

    Sam's Club has gone to Great extent to remove the ground cover so that the transients can hide in it removing almost all of their Landscaping out front. well this is why we can't have nice things. because they're back in the remaining bushes the same people. how are they not trespassed on that property and don't go to jail?

    about a half dozen people are sleeping at the north end of the Sam's Club landscape wall on the CITY SIDE. they have a campsite, which is not legal.

    this home recently had the entire roof replaced from shingle to metal and I do not see a permit box. also, I believe there has been a room added on without permits as well recently.
