    My name is Tom Digney I live at 147 97th Ave, Attached is a picture of my next door neighbors roof. My roofer, Arrys Roofing, who will be installing a Shingle and TPO roof on the flat roof, said in his professional opinion the next door neighbors roof, with its loose materials and hundreds of open tar cans present a danger to my new roof. This negligent upkeep of the property at 139 97 th ave ne are a danger to my family and adversely affect its property value.
