Tires on green belt.

There is a significant amount of trash along the ground near the trash and recycling bins on the property.

Recycling is out a day early and appears to be a mix of recycling and trash... the bin is also overflowing and is now lining the street and sidewalk with waste.

One of the green traffic lights at the intersection of S. Winooski Ave and Cherry Street is out.

Sidewalk is severely deteriorated and is unsafe for those with physical and visual impairments.

There is a pile of garbage along the front of 71-73 Spring St; additionally there is also another pile that is on the green belt directly in front of the same address...

Sidewalk is crumbling and unsafe for people who are handicapped/visual impaired.

Dumpster is full and there are now trash bags deposited out side of it, basically on the sidewalk.

The driveway between 63 and 65 Park Street is littered with bags of trash, uncontained recyclables, and an overflowing waste bin. It also appears that there are a couple of unwanted mattresses that have been left deposited along the fence in the yard.
