    Access_issue: The light pole is one of two light poles in the neighborhood area. Without it it makes my house and others near vulnerable to situations of theft from property. A person walked onto my property and steal my locked bikes from my backyard. Because of the light being out my survailence camera did not capture the description of the person clearly. Had the the light worked properly, I would have be able to see the person, the direction he left in.
