    Hi this is Joshua Shaw
    I am a resident in Monclair and I’m writing to notify you that the street condition between mountain and Moraga on thornHill is absolutely unacceptable and I want you to do something about it during this paving program
    I was apalled to learn that it is not slated to be fixed during this paving program and that is completely unacceptable given the current state of the road and the failure for the patchwork repair system to return it to a serviceable condition
    If a series of pictures is what it takes I’m happy to send these to you

    Please go look at this road and tell me this is the best our tax dollars can do???

    Thorn Hill is a major exit point for the Oakland hills end of the service ability of this road is of extreme importance in any condition let alone a natural disaster or a exit route requiring Use of this road
    Every day thousands of cars use this road because it is such a main artery for the neighborhood and to leave this road in the condition that it is in is Completely acceptable please call me at your earliest convenience at 510-427-3299

    Please resurface the entire 100 yards of Thornhill road between Mountain and Moraga in Montclair. This artery has more than 10000 + cars a day driving on it between am and pm. After years of neglect it is in terrible shape. This image is one of a dozen potholes large enough for a car wheel to fit into.
