The CoD owned property (Cottage Court project) located on Commerce between Sycamore Place and Village Walk continues to appear abandoned with NO upkeep or maintenance since the fence was pushed over and the land plowed over without a permit! The slope is overgrown and covered with trash and the road still has the blocks allowing large equipment access up the hill. The privacy fences along neighborhood property lines are falling over and a large old tree has fallen on a neighbor's fence destroying their dog run. It would be lovely if the CoD could take the time to address this issue now as that stretch of road is designed as a "safe walk to school" and will certainly be hazardous to children if that project ever comes to fruition!!
