    At the pedestrian crossing on the corner of Bank St. and S. Winooski, the duration of the green light for pedestrians has changed. When the north-south traffic light changes to red, it takes a full 5 seconds before the pedestrian light turns green. This has always been a short light, but now if you wait for the green hand you have very little time to cross. I suggest cutting that from 5 to 2 seconds and increase the overall time for pedestrians to cross by another 10 seconds.

    There are bad potholes again at the western driveway of Birchwood nursing home. These have been repaired numerous times and appear again rather quickly. It is time that whole section is dug up and patched. There are also about 3-5 bad holes within 50 feet of the holes in the photo.

    There is a very deep pothole at the intersection of Starr Farm Road and Pleasant Avenue. It is located at the edge of the stop sign at the west-bound lane. It is not that obvious to drivers and hard to avoid.

    As you can see, this pothole was "repaired" earlier this year, but the hole is spreading. The pavement all around the hole is crumbling, indicating the patch needs to be more extensive than just filling the hole in question.

    On Starr Farm Road, by the western driveway of Birchwood Terrace nursing home, there is a cluster of potholes. The area is so large, cars have to move into the oncoming lane to avoid the holes. I believe a simple patch will not do. The pavement there is so bad it needs to be dug up and repaved.
