    Blight at 2401 Ivy Drive; Garbage/recycling/green toters are left on street at all times (used to be stored in passage area on property.) Overgrown landscape and other items placed on sidewalk, block pedestrian passage. Residents of this & adjacent building have gotten into habit of parking along the outside of these toters left at sidewalk, blocking the street so that cars cannot freely pass in both directions.

    Blight at 2331-2339 Ivy Drive; garbage cans are left at sidewalk at all times and cars from building then park outside of them, blocking the roadway so cars cannot pass. Residents at this building appear to be running an unauthorized auto repair shop, operating power tools late into the evening & night time. Cars block sidewalk forcing pedestrians to step out into traffic, and ultimately around the cans & parked cars protruding into the lane.

    2331-39 Ivy Drive; Newer resident (?) seems to be operating an auto repair shop out of the building. Frequently has car parts all over driveway & sidewalk and works on cars all hours of the day, including late into the night. Do not believe this degree of high activity would normally be allowed at this multi-unit residential building. (Owner has let building fall into disrepair.)

    Corner of 5th Ave & E. 19th Street; (vehicle on sidewalk of 5th Avenue.) Car is wrecked and may need special tow services. Airbags deployed; rear tire off axle. No one present in vehicle so assume they walked away. Note--Stop sign for south side of E. 19th is flattened/broken.

    1901 3rd Avenue; Camper w/EXPIRED (2022) Lic# 2VXE906. These folks had moved along as recently as early June after many months camped here, working on vehicles, accumulating trash and blocking the sidewalk. They returned sometime before July 1st and have resumed taking over metered spaces along this street & impacting the sidewalk.

They returned sometime before July 1st and have resumed taking over metered spaces along this street & impacting the sidewalk.
