There are new contractors working on this premises every day (they are changing) but not renewing new permits for new contractors (86 Harmon Street). She wants to know if this is the legal procedure in which contractors are allowed to work.

Abandoned building, fire mostly destroyed. Now Owner, Chicho Codero is not maintaining the property and tall grass and weeks (6 feet tall) are in back and front yards, trash accumulating from people throwing away garbage.

Renovation.

Resident is requesting a stripping on street which says no parking as her son who is handicapped comes every weekend and someone is parking in front of her house and preventing exit when someone has to come from the house.

New Level being added onto house next door to complainant; should Zoning and Construction Departments be notified?

Who cuts overgrown, extended hedges from one's yard that has extended onto the street, preventing pedestrians to pass by on the curb without being smacked in the face.

Garbage not collected or maintained for a few months, creating mice and insects.

Different contractors are damaging resident at 292 Fulton, alleging not to speak English when questioned as to what is going on, resident cannot verify that permits are valid.

She is disturbed as they are tearing up her yard and causing damage to home.

Working on building and damaging the property of next door owner at 554 Jersey Av.,

Dog droppings in back yard, trash uncleaned in backyard, front porch full of garbage and left over food, causing rodents to visit.

Overgrown weeds

Collection of garbage bags collecting on premises (83), emanating odor, rats and flies, resident cannot open his window because of the stench.

Digging and renovation

On corner of Belmont and Kennedy Blvd., crossing guard's attitude rude and unprofessional to constituent, resident has this confrontation on video as to the rudeness of the crossing guard at this position; constituent alleges she merely spoke to the guard and was instantly presented with an attitude that was threatening. Resident feels she nor anyone else should be subjected to this type of response from a professional city employee.
