  • Battery St & Maple St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
The third time reporting this. The no turn on red arrow is on and there is no one in the vicinity that could have pushed the button for the crosswalk. The light also stays on such a long time a turtle could cross.
I've been told but can't verify this but somehow it is linked to the railroad crossing lights. If true it is probably to clear the tracks as the crossing becomes active. Well the last time I checked you aren't supposed to stop on RR tracks so if people are dumb enough to do that then put a stop light at the tracks so when the intersection light is on red the stop light is on. Hard to cure peoples' foolishness. Stop on the tracks where I live you will just die when the train comes through, thins the gene pool. How about a sign that says don't park on the tracks it is against the law.
  • Prospect Pkwy & Shelburne Rd Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
The two street lights at Flynn and Prospect Pkwy are way out of sync.
The same could be said for the three lights at Home Ave., Shaws and I-189. These two areas are causing quite a backup when busy
  • Battery St & Maple St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
Driving west on Maple St the No Right Turn lighted arrow at the corner of Maple and Battery ST. is frequently on but there is no one around on the sidewalk that could have pushed the button for the crosswalk lights. I'm assuming that it is an on demand function, if it isn't then it should be as all it does is make cars sit idling for no reason. Second time I reported this. Thank you
  • Battery St & Maple St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
No Right turn arrow comes on frequently and there isn't anybody nearby that would have pushed the button. This has been going on for a while.
  • 570 Main St Burlington, VT, 05405, USA - Burlington Electric
The walk signal request at this location appears to be stuck on or something has happened to the light control.
Several times I have had stop for the light and there is no one around trying to cross and there was no car on University Terrace.
  • 178-212 Battery St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
Traffic signal at the corner of Maple and Battery cycles through crosswalk mode and no one is around to push the cross request button. This really slows the traffic there as you can go right on red from Maple onto Battery.
I have seen this several times in the last month or so.
  • 1-99 Steele St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
Note: This is on King St., 100 feet East of the railroad tracks.
Google maps says it is 2 King S.
Fair size pothole in the eastbound lane.
Seeing that they are going to pave the new bike path maybe someone could wheelbarrow some macadam over and fill the hole.
  • 398 St Paul St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
Already tried to submit this and it didn't show up, sorry if it is a repeat.
At 0700 the stretch between Howard st and Maple was a sheet of ice, very unsafe.
    This was on the roadbed
  • 370 St Paul St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
St Paul St. from at least Howard to maple is a sheet of ice.
    Very dangerous
  • 151-177 Battery St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
Traffic light at corner of Battery and King St. always activates pedestrian go light when no one has pushed the button to crossed.
It makes it harder for the King St traffic to get through the intersection.
This has happened a few times in the past and I was told it is a stuck button. Maybe it is time for a new button.
