Since the 29th Ave changes have opened, traffic to 880 South is diverted around Ford Street to Chapman to access 880 South. There have been several cars hit, as well as, numerous close calls for pedestrian traffic in just a couple of short months. People are rushed because they can not make the U-turn to 880, so they speed (sometimes in excess of 40-50mph) around the corner and down the residential and business streets. I have requested speedbumps, but feel that no less than a 4 way stop sign should be placed at Peterson and Chapman.
